Your success is my success…

“I have spent much of my career delivering “things” – projects, systems, presentations, seminars, workshops, strategic plans, roadmaps, research reports, budgets – way too many budgets. But when I look back at my 30 odd years as an IT and business professional it isn’t the “things” I delivered that created the most meaning for me or the most value for others. It was the contributions (large and small) I was able to make to others’ success that really mattered. This is a good thing since most of my career has been in management and consulting where the measure of one’s value comes through the success of others.”
